Boqian New Materials: Subsidiary plans to build a new ultrafine nickel powder expansion project.

BQNC announcement, subsidiary Ningbo Guangqian Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest approximately 127 million yuan, and Jiangsu Guangyu Energy Storage Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest approximately 170 million yuan, to respectively implement the ultrafine nickel powder expansion projects. The project sites are located in Haishu District of Ningbo City and high-tech development zone of Suqian City. The project construction period is estimated to be 12 months, and upon completion, it will add annual production capacity of 600 tons of ultrafine nickel powder production lines. This investment aims to increase the company's production capacity, optimize product structure, enhance profitability and sustainability.
