Zhijing Financial News APP reported that GoGoVan (02438.HK) announced that effective from August 21, 2025: (i) Ms. Li Yuanyuan, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; (ii) Dr. Li Zhifei, an executive director, is no longer the chairman and member of the Nomination Committee; and (iii) Mr. Yang Zhe, an independent non-executive director, has been reassigned as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
