Shenyang launches subsidies for autumn 2025 car consumption

The news conference on the autumn car consumption subsidy activity in Shenyang City in 2025 was held on August 21st. It was announced at the meeting that the People's Government of Shenyang City has decided to carry out the 2025 Shenyang City autumn car consumption subsidy activity from August 22nd to September 5th, 2025. A subsidy of 50 million yuan will be provided to individual consumers who purchase new or used passenger cars from car sales enterprises participating in the activity in Shenyang City and hold a resident identity card of the People's Republic of China. The subsidies will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, with the submission of qualified application materials by individual consumers determining the order of distribution. The activity will end once the funds are exhausted.
