Hong Kong stocks closed with the Hang Seng Index down 0.24% and the Hang Seng Technology Index down 0.77%. The Hong Kong Stock Technology ETF fell by 0.97% and the Hang Seng Stock ETF fell by 0.58%. In terms of sectors, the biotechnology and consumer durables sectors saw the highest gains, while the aerospace and defense, and diversified REIT sectors saw the biggest losses. As for individual stocks, Great Wall Motor rose by 6.45%, SMIC International rose by 6.25%, CRRC Corporation rose by 5.85%, Great Wall Motor-R rose by 5.84%, ZTE rose by 5.38%, Coronado Bio-B rose by 5.29%, and Crest Bio rose by 4.91%. Huili Technology fell by 15.19%, Changfei Fiber Optic Cable fell by 15.29%, Jinyuan International rose by 12.66%, and Ping An Good Doctor rose by 11.37%.
