The bank is required to ensure that the approved personnel strictly comply with the relevant regulatory provisions of the China Banking Regulatory Commission within 3 months from the date of the administrative licensing decision and report for duty within 10 days after taking up the position. Failure to report for duty within the specified period will result in the invalidation of this approval document, and the issuing authority will handle the administrative licensing cancellation procedures.
