Zhitan Finance APP Spot, Meta (META.US) confirmed on Thursday that it has paused recruitment for its newly established artificial intelligence department, ending a round of high-priced talent poaching in the field of AI researchers and engineers. The company stated that this pause is only "basic organizational planning: establishing a solid framework for the Superintelligence project after personnel are in place, while also conducting annual budgeting and planning."
