Caijing APP News, Boya Interactive (00434.HK) announced that on August 21, 2025, the company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, whereby the placing agent conditionally agreed to, on an individual (but not joint or joint and several) basis, act as the placing agent of the Company, and to use its best efforts to procure the placing of up to 63.51 million shares to no fewer than 6 independent third-party placees and their ultimate beneficial owners (if applicable) at a placing price of HK$6.95 per share. The placing of the shares will be made pursuant to a general mandate for issue and allotment.
