Shanghai Financial Court Discloses Top Ten Cases.

The Shanghai Financial Court and the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau jointly released ten cases of securities fraud on August 20th, including five typical cases of financial trials and five cases of administrative regulatory enforcement, providing clear rules and guidance for market participants. Compared with the announcements and regulatory disclosures, the aforementioned ten cases mainly involve multiple listed companies such as *ST Jintai, Zhongan Technology, Shanghai Electric, Shangshi Development, Feikai Material, as well as delisted Fukong, *ST Baan, ST Hangyue, and other companies that have already been delisted or have had their listing status removed.
