Boya Interactive: Plans to issue 63.51 million shares, raising HK$441 million for the development of businesses in the Web3 field and more.

Boya Interactive announced on August 21st that the company has entered into a placement agreement with the placing agent, intending to place a maximum of 63,510,000 shares at a placement price of HK$6.95 per share. The placement of shares will be carried out in accordance with general authorization for issuance and distribution. The placement price represents a discount of approximately 8.19% from the closing price of HK$7.57 per share on the Stock Exchange of the day before the agreement was signed.
