Xianyang Xinyuan Chuangfa Group has applied to list 1.07 billion RMB bonds on the MOX Australian Stock Exchange.

On August 21, Xianyang Xinyuan Venture Capital Development Group Co, Ltd. (referred to as "Xianyang Xinyuan Chuangfa Group") issued a public notice regarding the listing of XYXYVC 6.8 08/20/28 (ISIN: XS3153520708). As stated in the offering circular (dated August 15, 2025), the application for the listing of bonds issued only to professional investors (as defined in the Guidelines for the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds by the Monetary Authority of Macau Section 2.1.6) has been submitted to the Macau Financial Asset Trading Co., Ltd. (MOX). The aforementioned bonds are approved for listing and trading on August 21, 2025.
