Yiming Food: Three major shareholders intend to reduce their holdings by no more than 3.00%

Yiming Food announced that as of the disclosure date, Xinyue Investment holds 14.9388 million shares, accounting for 3.73%; Mingniu Investment holds 2.944 million shares, accounting for 0.73%; Chengyue Investment holds 1.3842 million shares, accounting for 0.35%. The three parties plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding and block trades from September 11 to December 11, 2025, by a total of no more than 12.03 million shares, accounting for 3.00%. Xinyue Investment will not exceed 9.658 million shares, Mingniu Investment will not exceed 1.7659 million shares, and Chengyue Investment will not exceed 0.606 million shares.
