Hengyu Xintong: Wu Liubin plans to reduce his stake by 2%

Hengyu Xintong announced that shareholder and director Wu Liubin currently holds 5.71 million shares, accounting for 9.525% of the total shares. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1% of the total share capital through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure date, and by no more than 1% of the total share capital through block trading. In total, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.2 million shares, accounting for 2%.
