Goldman Sachs Research Department's stock strategy analysis team recently released a research report stating that the recent "anti-inner cannibalization" actions, if successful, could enhance corporate profitability through three interconnected channels. The team also mentioned that from an industry perspective, with the return of profit margins to normal levels, potential reductions in supply and industry consolidation are expected to drive industry profitability in the "anti-inner cannibalization" industry by a total of 53% by 2027; in an optimistic scenario, market profit growth could reach 14%. The Goldman Sachs research team also believes that although representative targets of the anti-inner cannibalization theme have recently outperformed the market, some industry market values are still undervalued compared to normal levels, especially in the cement, photovoltaic, and chemical industries. The industry framework suggests that these industries have attractive policy upside pricing.
