Kailong Group announced that its subsidiaries Shandong Tianbao Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shandong Kaile Chemical Co., Ltd. have received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration for entering into a monopoly agreement with fixed prices. They were fined 881,800 yuan and 880,300 yuan respectively, totaling about 1.762 million yuan. It is estimated that this fine will reduce the company's current net profit by approximately 1.3962 million yuan.
