The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission is soliciting public opinions on the "Commercial Bank Merger and Acquisition Loan Management Measures."

In order to implement the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference, promote commercial banks to optimize merger and acquisition loan services, help build a modern industrial system and develop new productive forces, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has revised the "Guidelines for Risk Management of Commercial Bank Merger and Acquisition Loans" to form the "Measures for the Management of Commercial Bank Merger and Acquisition Loans", and is now soliciting public opinions.
