Global Medical (02666) subsidiary plans to issue up to a maximum of 500 million yuan in medium-term notes.

Wisdom Financial News App reported that Global Medical (02666) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Global Leasing Co., Ltd., has decided to issue a second series of onshore medium-term notes in China with a total principal amount of up to RMB 500 million. The second series of notes will have a term of three years, a fixed interest rate, and will be finally determined through book-building at the time of subscription application deadline. The net proceeds from the issuance of the second series of notes will be used by the issuer to repay maturing debts.
