The company is the defendant, and the plaintiff is Shanghai Oriental Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., with involved amount of 402 million yuan. Previously, the Shanghai Financial Court ruled to reject the lawsuit request of East Securities Asset Management, and East Securities Asset Management is appealing.
