Du Chen resigned from his position as Board Secretary due to personal reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. According to relevant regulations, Du Chen's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Before a new Board Secretary is appointed, the duties of the Board Secretary will be temporarily carried out by the Chairman of the Board, Zhong Zhu.
