Sailing Cable: Provide 100 million yuan joint liability guarantee for subsidiary Chizhou Qifan

Recently, Shanghai Qifan Cable Co., Ltd. signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Huaxia Bank Baogai Branch in Hefei, providing joint and several liability guarantee for the 1 billion yuan financing of its subsidiary Chizhou Qifan Cable Co., Ltd. The guarantee period is three years and there is no counter-guarantee. This guarantee has been carried out within the company's annual guarantee authorization limit and has gone through internal decision-making procedures. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 17.35 billion yuan, accounting for 37.39% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
