Bank Indonesia Governor: GDP growth rate expected to improve in the second half of the year. It is projected that the GDP growth rate in 2025 will be higher than the midpoint of the 4.6% to 5.4% range. The current account deficit remained at a low level in the second quarter. The estimated current account deficit for 2025 is maintained in the range of 0.5% to 1.3% of GDP. The Indonesian rupiah exchange rate remains stable and shows a strengthening trend.
