Honda establishes new company in India, offering sales and financial services.

On August 20, Honda announced that it has established a new company in India to provide sales finance services such as loans and leasing. Honda stated that it will apply for a non-banking financial institution license to operate financial services in India. After obtaining the license, the company plans to start offering sales financing services for its motorcycles and car products.
