The Housing Guarantee and Property Management Bureau of Hefei City officially released the "Guidelines for Public Disclosure of Residential Property Services in Hefei City", requiring the disclosure of information such as property service matters, property service charges, public benefits, and service efficiency commitments. The property industry departments of various counties, districts, and development zones will include the implementation of the "three disclosures and one commitment" for residential property services in their routine inspections and third-party evaluations, guiding and assisting the local streets and communities in conducting inspections. Those who fail to fulfill their legal disclosure responsibilities will be ordered to correct within a time limit, and if they refuse to correct beyond the deadline, the relevant competent authorities will take measures such as interviews, credit penalties, administrative sanctions, etc., in accordance with regulations.
