Hubei's newly built commercial housing sales area has achieved positive growth for 8 consecutive months.

According to the Housing and Construction Department of Hubei Province, from January to July, the sales area of newly built commercial housing in the province increased by 5.8% year-on-year, marking the eighth consecutive month of growth. This is thanks to favorable policies in many areas and the accelerated construction of high-quality residential buildings.
