The total land area is 28,227 square meters, with a planned construction area of 73,328 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.6, a land use period of 70 years, and a commercial period of 40 years, with a starting price of 256.4 million yuan. In the end, Tianjin Hongqiao Urban Renewal Industry Operation Co., Ltd. won the bid for the land at the total price of 256.4 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 3497 yuan per square meter.
