The city of Beijing issues a blue alert for heavy rain: It is expected that from the evening of August 20th to the night of the 21st, there will be thunderstorms in Beijing, with some areas experiencing hourly rainfall of over 30 millimeters and total rainfall of over 50 millimeters within 6 hours.
