National "Three Supports and One Help" recruitment countdown
The "Three Supports and One Assistance" plan is a project that sends college graduates to grassroots levels to engage in educational support, agricultural support, medical support, and rural revitalization assistance. This year, the recruitment for the "Three Supports and One Assistance" plan has entered its final stage, with over 40,000 grassroots positions nationwide being announced. It is expected that all recruitment will be completed by the end of August. Next month, these newly recruited personnel will go to the grassroots frontlines across the country. In order to attract more talent to work at the grassroots level, the "Three Supports and One Assistance" personnel will receive the same salary level as local public institutions, as well as social insurance, settlement allowance, and other guarantee policies.
