The Zhengdao Group has reached a settlement agreement with the plaintiff and has settled the debt and related expenses.

Zhengdao Group announced that on August 6, 2025, Li Changyue filed a winding-up petition against the company under Company Ordinance Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong for alleged outstanding debts. The petition is scheduled for hearing at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on October 15, 2025 at 10 am. The petition is filed against the company for allegedly failing to settle a fee of HK$171,000 claimed to be owed by the petitioner for services provided to the company.
