Ching Tao Group (01188.HK) has reached a settlement agreement with the applicant and has paid off the debt and related expenses.

Intelligence Finance News APP, Zhengdao Group (01188.HK) announced that on August 6, 2025, Li Changyue (the petitioner) filed a petition to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (High Court) for the liquidation of the company in accordance with Section 32 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance of Hong Kong, claiming that the company owes it some debts. The petition is scheduled to be heard at 10:00 am on October 15, 2025 at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
