Wang Xiaohong, Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Public Security of China, held a video call with Le Quang Thanh, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Minister of Public Security of Vietnam on the 19th. Wang Xiaohong congratulated the Vietnamese people's public security forces on their 80th anniversary and expressed hope that both sides would implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and countries, anchor the overall goal of "six more", focus on maintaining political security, combating transnational crimes, strengthen communication and cooperation, achieve more pragmatic results, and contribute to the continuous deepening of the comprehensive strategic partnership and the accelerated construction of a strategically important China-Vietnam community of shared future. Le Quang Thanh expressed willingness to strengthen law enforcement and security cooperation with China to maintain the security and stability of both countries.
