The pledgee is the Wuhu Huangshan Road Branch of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zhang Liaoyuan held a total of 162 million shares of the company, with a cumulative pledge of 12 million shares. The cumulative pledged shares accounted for 2.99% of the total share capital of the company and 7.41% of the shareholder's holding.
