AkzoNobel announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tongzi Chemical, in accordance with the annual work plan, has decided to carry out planned maintenance on its production units starting from August 20, 2025, with an expected duration of 35 days. Tongzi Chemical's production units are designed to have an annual production capacity of 520,000 tons of urea, 300,000 tons of methanol, and 100,000 tons of compound fertilizer. This maintenance is part of the annual routine maintenance and will not affect the company's annual production plan or have a significant impact on the company's operating performance in 2025.
