Informed by the Zhixun Financial APP, Fuyao Glass (03606.HK) announced that Mr. Liu Jing, as the reelected independent non-executive director of the company, is about to complete his sixth year in office. Mr. Liu Jing has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors. After the election of a new independent non-executive director at the interim shareholder meeting, he will step down from his positions as the independent non-executive director of the company, as well as the member and/or chairman of the various special committees of the Board of Directors.
