Arm challenges Nvidia? Hires Amazon AI chip experts to develop proprietary chips.

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, it has been learned from informed sources that Arm Holdings (ARM.US) has hired Amazon's (AMZN.US) artificial intelligence chip director Rami Sinno to participate in its independent integrated chip development plan. Sinno was previously responsible for the development of Amazon's self-developed AI chips Trainium and Inferentia, which are specifically designed for building and running large-scale AI applications.
