On the 17th, the gastrointestinal surgery team of the affiliated provincial hospital of Fuzhou University, in collaboration with the general hospital of Youxi County, used 5G remote robots to perform a high-difficulty gastric cancer radical surgery for a patient in Youxi. This is the first case in the province where a provincial hospital leads and implements a 5G remote robot surgery in a county-level medical consortium.
