As of 10:30 on August 19, the heavy rain has resulted in 3 deaths in Dongsheng District and 3 people missing in Dalate Banner. It was reported that from the afternoon of August 18 to the early morning of August 19, Dongsheng District experienced heavy rainfall with a maximum precipitation of 214 millimeters. In the early morning of August 19, 3 people were found dead in the floods in Dongsheng District. From August 18 to August 19, Dalate Banner also experienced heavy rainfall. As of the time of reporting, 3 people in Dalate Banner remain missing in the heavy rain, and relevant departments are currently conducting search and rescue efforts.
