The technology and financial sectors rose by about 0.2%, while the consumer discretionary and industrial sectors rose by 0.4%. Most large tech stocks saw slight declines, with Intel down 3.6%, NVIDIA up nearly 1%, and Meta Platforms down more than 2%.
