Longsheng Technology Announcement: Longsheng Mao Mao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, intends to sign a cooperation agreement with Chongqing Shared Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. for the construction of the "Longsheng Mao Mao New Energy Vehicle Lightweight Components Production Base Project" in Shapingba District, Chongqing. The total investment of the project is approximately 200 million yuan. It is planned to establish an independent legal entity as the project implementation main body to carry out the production of drive components, thermal management, lightweight components, and other products for new energy vehicles.
