From August 4 to 18, 2025, Sichuan Harmony Double Horse shareholder China Merchants Life Insurance Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 6,299,903 shares through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 0.8252% of the total share capital of the company and 0.8320% of the total share capital after excluding shares held in the repurchase special securities account. After this reduction, China Merchants Life's shareholding decreased to 45,619,267 shares, accounting for 5.9755% of the total share capital of the company, with its shareholding ratio reaching a multiple of 1% during the reduction process. The reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented. This reduction was made by China Merchants Life for its own operational needs and is in line with the previously disclosed plan.
