On the evening of August 18, Guotai HAITONG issued a public notice declaring that after the closing of the clearing on September 12, it will implement the legal person switch, customer and business migration merger in units such as the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, North Stock Exchange, National Equities Exchange and Quotations System, China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, various signing depository banks and fund management companies, switching the legal entity of HAITONG Securities in the above units to Guotai HAITONG, corresponding to the switch of settlement participants' codes, settlement accounts, trader codes, coding parameters, etc., and timely merge the customers and businesses of the original HAITONG Securities into Guotai HAITONG.
