The Central Military Commission has issued a notice recently, deploying the study and use of the book throughout the military. It requires all levels to carefully organize and arrange the study of "Xi Jinping on Strengthening the Military and Building the Army" along with related materials, persistently read the original works, study the original text, understand the principles, and focus on understanding the truth and power of the historic achievements in strengthening the military in the new era, in order to better grasp the principles and philosophies contained within. The study of "Xi Jinping on Strengthening the Military and Building the Army" should be incorporated into various learning plans and efforts should be made to truly understand, comprehend and apply the knowledge gained.
