Medichem: Acquisition of Assets Completed

Medik announced that the company has acquired 100% equity of Haishuoli Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. held by KEM TECHCORP. and 100% equity of INNOWAVE VIETNAM CO., LTD. held by INNOWAVE CO., LTD. with its own funds or self-raised funds totaling $2.1947 million. As of August 15, 2025, the equity transfer of the two target companies involved in this transaction has been completed. Haishuoli and INNOWAVE VIETNAM have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company and are included in the consolidated financial statements.
