According to Fox News, the White House reported that 68 people were arrested in the Washington DC area on Saturday night. Officials said that 15 illegal firearms were confiscated by the police. The police have made multiple serious charges against several individuals, including assault, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest. Three homeless camps were also cleared on Saturday. A White House official stated that no one was arrested during the dismantling process and no accidents occurred. White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers said that Trump's leadership "is swiftly making our nation's capital safer." Rogers said, "In less than ten days, over 300 dangerous criminals have been arrested and removed from the streets of Washington DC."
