Due to the influence of a high pressure ridge in southeastern China and the tropical depression, strong winds will blow between offshore and high ground in Hong Kong tonight and tomorrow morning, and the outer rain bands of the tropical depression will continue to bring strong winds, heavy rain, and thunderstorms to Hong Kong, with heavy rain at times. There will be large waves and swells in the sea, citizens are advised to stay away from the shoreline and stop water activities.
