On August 16th, Daheng Technology received a "Joint Action Agreement" signed by shareholder Li Rongrong and shareholder Zhou Zhengchang, who hold more than 5% of the shares. Previously, Li Rongrong acquired 27.46 million shares through judicial auction, accounting for 6.29% of the total share capital; Zhou Zhengchang acquired 13 million shares, accounting for 2.98%. After signing the agreement, the two parties collectively hold 40.46 million shares, accounting for 9.26% of the total share capital.
