Financial Channel APP News, Baiyue Group (08545) announced that on August 15, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sentinel International Co. Limited, intends to acquire the property from Hu Jingrong at a price of 4.8 million Hong Kong dollars. The property includes Unit 7 on the 7th floor of Hang Lung Industrial Building at 11 Lung Tak Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories.
