Huawei: The Ascend CANN architecture will complete the open-source of version A2 by the end of 2025.

At the 2025 Huawei Computing Power Scenario Release Conference and Beijing xPN Partner Conference, Huawei's Vice President of Ascend Computing Liu Wei stated that in the second half of 2025, Ascend will implement a strategy to comprehensively cover edge scenarios from low computing power to high computing power. At the same time, the focus will be on investing in key components such as Atlas 300I A2 and 310 modules to enhance the competitiveness of product solutions and improve the richness of the ecosystem. CANN is fully open source and open, with the A2 version scheduled to be open sourced by the end of 2025 to help drive scenario-based innovation. The "xPN Vanguard Action" was also announced at the event.
