Evergrande believes that Xia Haijun is the actual controller of these assets. The court also accepted this view, noting that Mrs. He is only an agent of Xia Haijun's assets. There is evidence that Xia Haijun often resides in California, where he regularly participates in local sports clubs, buys daily necessities, and lives with his 12-year-old son who attends a private school in California.
