Reporters have learned that Kandi Technologies Group (NASDAQ: KNDI)'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Kandi Technologies Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kandi"), has successfully secured its first order for heavy-duty commercial vehicle battery swapping station equipment as the supplier for Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningde Times"), a leading global power battery company. The first cooperation agreement signifies Kandi's formal entry into Ningde Times' global supplier system. According to Ningde Times' plan to build over 500 battery swapping stations within the year with a long-term goal of exceeding 10,000 stations, it is expected that Kandi's future equipment orders will significantly increase (Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily).
