On the morning of August 15th, the first gold medal was born at the World Humanoid Robot Games. Yushu Beijing Lingyi Technology won first place in the 1500-meter race. At the event site, Yushu Technology founder Wang Xingxing, in an interview with media such as China National Radio's Finance and Economics channel, said that the championship-winning robot is "exactly the same" as the robot that appeared on the Spring Festival Gala, and it is also the first humanoid robot developed by Yushu since its establishment in 2023. Wang Xingxing explained that compared to the Spring Festival Gala robot, algorithms have been upgraded for the running robot at this event in terms of speed, with an average speed of approximately 3.8 meters per second for the 1500 meter race, and a maximum speed of up to 5 meters per second.
