Lee & Man Paper (02314.HK) plans to transfer the land use rights in Changshu City to Lee & Man Culture Industry (00746.HK).

Wisdom Finance and Economics APP news, Le Paper Industry (00746.HK) and Le Paper Making (02314) jointly announced that on August 15, 2025, Le Paper Making (02314) indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Paper Making and Le Paper Industry (00746) indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Chemical Industry entered into a land transfer agreement. According to this agreement, Jiangsu Paper Making conditionally agreed to transfer the land use rights of the land located in Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, China to Jiangsu Chemical Industry for a consideration of approximately RMB 67.53 million.
